Business Need
Like many colleges and universities, Earlham recognizes the importance of building strong relationships between the institution, alum entrepreneurs, and current students aspiring to entrepreneurial careers. This gathering of Earlham entrepreneurs, faculty, and current students is one in a series of such workshops at colleges and universities designed to cultivate deeper relationships and new initiatives. The workshops are a partnership with Jana Matthews of Boulder Quantum Ventures.

Our Role
As workshop leaders, we designed the day and a half event so that every participant, regardless of entrepreneurial experience, takes away worthwhile information, valuable business contacts, and an excitement for strengthening entrepreneurship programs at the institution. We start the day quickly by having veteran entrepreneurs map four dimensions of their experience, then use the resulting diagrams to spark discussion, find key lessons, and trigger small group assignments.
